Named after Richard's Bach famous seagull, Jonathan Livingstone, the name of our beautiful residences in Greek also sounds like a compound word combining the first names of the householders of this outstanding family business, Ioanna and Thanassis.

Ideally situated a stone’s throw away from the port, lying a breath away from the vivid centre of the "Village" Ionathan Koufonisia Suites offer outstanding sea, pool and garden views, a fresh water swimming pool, easy access to the market, restaurants and the beaches of the island.

These include COCO-MAT sleep-type systems made with natural materials, APIVITA cosmetics which combine naturally derived ingredients, extracts from plants of the Greek nature and high tech Daikin Air Conditioning Systems. One of our major concerns is to ensure that our activity has the least possible environmental impact.
